Censure or Expel

#RemovePaulGosar from Congress. By refusing to recognize the results of the certified election and supporting allegations without evidence Congressman Paul Gosar encouraged the terrorists and seditionists disrupting our constitutional process. Furthermore Paul Gosar encouraged the rally that stormed the capital building and continues to agitate against the norms of our democratic republic. Through these actions Congressman Paul Gosar has shown that he is not fit to protect the constitution and needs removed from his congressional role. As current constituents of Paul Gosar in Yavapai County we are asking for petition signatures from residents of Arizona CD 4, Arizonans, and Americans to call on current members of Congress to refuse to seat Paul Gosar. If no consequence is given for seditious acts they will continue and the fabric of our country will unravel. We will submit these signatures to the Arizona Congressional Delegation and urge our local elected officials in his congressional district to reject the dangerous political insurrection fostered by Paul Gosar. The most effective way to remove his toxic influence from Congress is to not allow him to be seated in the 117th Congress. The Yavapai County Democratic Party

While we cannot know Senator Cruz's motivations in entering politics, we can unequivocally state that he is not currently serving the good of the nation. Promulgating lies about the outcome of the presidential election and promoting the disruption of the democratic process is irresponsible. Furthermore, doing so renders him complicit in the January 6, 2021 insurrection at the United States Capitol. Because he has failed both his constituents in Texas and the nation at large, we, Senator Cruz's fellow Princetonians, condemn his actions in challenging the integrity and results of the 2020 presidential election. I am petitioning for the removal or expulsion of the Wyoming Senator Cynthia Lummis.  On January 6, 2021, Ms. Lummis objected to the confirmation of the electoral college.  This action, as well as the action of other state senators, was in conjunction with the storming of the Capital building.  Ms. Lummis' act of denying the certification of electors in other states is an interference in that states  voting procedures which are decided by each states individual legislatures.  By participating in an insurection, Ms. Lummis has opened the door for other states to dictate the laws and rules of another state.  Furthermore, Ms. Lummis' actions were an attempt to disenfranchise millions of voters from another state.  As Ms. Lummis is more than willing to disenfranchise voters of another state, I feel that she is a threat to the voters of Wyoming and will seek to disenfranchize many of its citizens. Ms. Lummis has six years to serve in the Senate.  Removing her now would counteract any other sedatious activities she may involve herself in. Ms. Lummis does not represent the ideals of the Equality State as her actions have shown and should be removed from office.

On November 3, 2020, Roger Marshall was elected to the US senate by the state of Kansas. On January 3, 2021, Roger Marshall was sworn into the US senate, swearing to represent the people and interests of Kansas whether they voted for him or not. Swearing to uphold the constitution of the United States and to protect our democracy. Within 3 days of being sworn in, Roger Marshall has broken his oath with his intentions to ignore the legal results of the election and object to the certification of the election results. By encouraging and spreading the false claims of a rigged election, Roger Marshall was a key part in fueling the anger that led to the acts of terror witnessed at the Capitol on January 6th, 2021. By objecting to the results of the election, Roger Marshall has made it abundantly clear that he does not serve the people from the state of Kansas, but rather himself. Roger Marshall needs to be held accountable for his actions. He played a direct role in the acts of violence and terror that occurred today in Washington DC. Due to his inability to uphold the constitution at his first given opportunity, Roger Marshall needs to step down from his position in the US senate and allow someone who will honor the constitution to fill his position.
